EDAMAME

Edamame is a preparation of immature soybeans, a very versatile ingredient in Japanese cuisine, where they are served as an appetiser, simply steamed and salted.

They are well suited to enriching cold salads with other legumes and seasonal vegetables or even hot soups. Edamame are rich in vitamins and minerals and are an excellent source of protein.
