Cauliflower is a vegetable that should never be missing from the table, as it provides a great variety of nutritional elements. Low in calories (only 25 per 100 grams), but with an excellent satiety index, it has very little fat and a high fibre content. An excellent anti-inflammatory and depurative, it keeps blood pressure levels at bay.
Simply steamed or baked au gratin, it can also be used to make tasty meatballs and veggie burgers.
