BLACK CABBAGE

Best known for ‘ribollita’, the typical Tuscan soup, black cabbage has dark green, curly leaves. Cultivated in the regions of central Italy, particularly in Tuscany, black cabbage is very versatile, as well as being healthy and nutritious.

A reservoir of beneficial resources to be exploited especially in the winter season, it is a vegetable rich in antioxidants, minerals and vitamins, particularly C.
