Cannellini beans are one of the best-known varieties of white beans.
They are a typical ingredient in Italian cuisine for the preparation of soups, broths or served as a side dish with the addition of onion and parsley. There are also countless recipes that can be created: from “fagioli all’uccelletto” (beans in tomato sauce) to Mexican-style beans. They can also be used to make tasty meatballs or a delicate cream to be enjoyed on toast or with raw vegetables.
