YELLOW CHERRY TOMATO

Small and oval in shape, yellow cherry tomatoes are rich in seeds and not very watery. Compared to the classic tomato, it has no acidity, which is why it is widely used in fish and seafood recipes. But it’s also great for making sauces, soups, stews and creams with yellow vegetables (along with carrots, pumpkin and yellow peppers), enhancing their colour and flavour.

Yellow cherry tomatoes are rich in beta carotene and other antioxidants, as well as vitamins A, B, and C. Calcium, iron, phosphorus and potassium are also important.
