SOYBEAN SPROUTS

Soybean sprouts are very well suited to Asian recipes such as spring rolls and Thai-style soybean noodles, but they are also delicious stir-fried in a wok with other vegetables. They can also be added to salads with seasonal vegetables, nuts and seeds and then simply dressed with salt, oil and fresh lemon juice.
